"Lean" is a systematic method for the elimination of waste, overburden and unevenness within a system, working from the perspective of the customer, in order to create "value-flow".

We provide Lean training based on SME's Bronze, Silver and Gold specialization steps.

Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools, seeking to improve the quality of the output of a process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variation in processes. It uses quality management and  statistical methods and creates a team of expert people within the organization.

B i L i G provides a range of Six Sigma training; White Belt to Master Black Belt; in the comfort of your office or in mixed groups.

Statistical process control (SPC) is a method of quality control which uses statistical methods. SPC is applied in order to monitor and control a process. Monitoring and controlling the process ensures that it operates at its full potential.

We provide statistical process control training customized for finance, service or manufacturing industries.

Design of experiments (DOE) is a systematic method to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between factors affecting a process and the output of that process, to manage process inputs in order to optimize the output. Simulations are used to model statistical events such as customers arriving in queues at a bank. By properly correlating arrival probabilities with observed behavior, a model can determine optimal queue count to keep queue wait times at a specified level.
